Returns Accepted for Quality Issues Only

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product has a verified quality issue.
Examples include:

  • Product arrives non-functional

  • Major manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

All other reasons — including packaging damage, minor cosmetic marks, or change of mind — are not eligible for return.


What Is Not Considered a Quality Issue

To avoid misunderstandings, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Outer box/packaging damage from shipping

  • Small cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance

  • Compatibility mistakes made by the customer

  • User-caused damage or improper installation

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse


How to Submit a Quality Issue Claim

If you believe your item has a quality problem, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photos of the product

  3. A video showing the issue (required for electronics/PCBs/keyboards)

Our technical team will evaluate the claim.
If approved, we will arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • A return for inspection (case-by-case basis)


Shipping Damage

If your order was damaged during transit, please file a claim with the courier immediately and keep all packaging.
We will assist by providing necessary documentation, but we cannot issue refunds for courier-caused damage.
