Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Pre-order items will follow the estimated shipping timeline listed on each product page.


Shipping Regions

We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.
International shipping is not available yet.

Customers outside these regions will not be able to complete checkout.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 3–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, customs (USA only), weather, or peak seasons.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and courier option.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier link

  • Shipment updates

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.


Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional import duties or taxes depending on your state.
These fees are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the customer.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We cannot change the address once the order has shipped and are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
For packages damaged during transit, please:

  • File a claim with the courier immediately

  • Keep all packaging materials

  • Contact us for support with documentation


Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.
If you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
